| Jewett City Commercial roof fire April 16, 2008 - Just before 13:30hrs, Jewett City, Griswold, Lisbon, Voluntown, Taftville, Baltic and the Mohegan Tribe FAST responded to east main st at the triangle wire building for a building fire. Jewett City crews forced entry and found a fire in the roof line. Tower-25 laddered the roof and vented. The fire was quickly exstinguished, The Griswold FMO is investigating. |
